Multi-restaurant Coffee Delivery App and Backend

I was responsible for the design and management of a full stack coffee delivery app. I worked closely with a team of frontend developers to create a responsive and user-friendly interface. On the backend, I designed and implemented an API that integrated with several third-party services and a database to store and retrieve data efficiently. One of the key challenges of the project was organizing and coordinating the work of the development team to ensure that all tasks were completed on time and to the required standards. Through effective communication and project management, I was able to successfully deliver the app, which provided a convenient and reliable service for both customers and business owners.
